Teacher’s Dilemma during Distance Learning: Work or/and Family? (The Important of Work Family Conflict Self-Efficacy and Spouse Support)

The purpose of the study is to find out correlation between work-family conflict self-efficacy and spouse support conflict. writer used a quantitative approach 150 teachers in Denpasar during Distance Learning which taken by fulfilling purposive random system criteria. instrument scale that had been used, scale, already valid reliable spreading online. double regression analysis has this process data. results are R square = 0.176, Sig. 0.000 < α, means there two independent variables simultaneously dependent variable. T-test found Beta -0.419; 0.007 α (there conflict), meanwhile variable -0.004; 0.957 > no conflict). importance for never get do not have any self-confidence will give an impact on their mental health such as high-stress levels. Besides that, it can cause domestic violence. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara efikasi diri konflik kerja keluarga dan dukungan pasangan terhadap keluarga. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif pada tenaga pendidik di selama pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) yang diambil dengan cara memenuhi kriteria. Instrumen digunakan skala work family conflict, self-efficacy, sudah reliabel disebarkan secara Analisis regresi ganda dalam ini mengolah Hasil diperoleh Rsquare=0.176, Sig.=0.000<α, artinya terdapat kedua variabel bebas bersamaan terikat. Uji t Beta=-0.419; Sig.=0.007<α (ada keluarga), sedangkan nilai Beta=-0.004; Sig.=0.957>α (tidak ada Pentingnya bagi tidak mendapatkan memiliki keyakinan mengelola akan berdampak kesehatan seperti tingkat stres tinggi. Selain itu, dapat menyebabkkan kekerasan rumah tangga.
